Your personal data.
If you subscribe to our products and services we need to collect from you,personal details for contract purposes and the efficiency of our services to you. All information gathered is stored on our own Firewall protected Servers within a fully secured building protected by dual path signalling and off-site monitoring. This ensures the highest level of data protection and is never used for any purpose other than to provide for your personal, property safety and protection.

Some data may also be stored in the Alarm Monitoring Centre. The Centre is fully approved and under the terms of its National Security Inspectorate Gold standard to BS6799 and BS8484 approvals. Both the building and all data are fully secured and that security is regularly inspected by National Security Inspectorate officers.
We may occasionally use your data for marketing purposes, but purely from us to you and to let you know about improved services or offers that may be of benefit to you. You will be able to opt out of this service at any time, with ease, simply write to us.

How long we keep it.
We are required by law to keep your basic data for 7 years after end or termination of your contract, at which point it will be destroyed. You can request access to, and amend your data at any time.

Access to your personal information.
If at any time you believe that the information we process on you is incorrect, you can request to see this information and even have it corrected or deleted.
